OUR PROCESS
Our 6 Step Design Process
At Creative Landscaping and Design we nurture your project through the following steps, no matter the size of your space or the scope of your project, to ensure a meticulously designed landscape masterpiece.
STEP # 1
DISCOVERY CALL
Initially, we will set up an on-location meeting with our designer to understand your project's scope and estimated and budget.
STEP # 2
PROPOSAL & DEPOSIT
Following the consultation, we will provide you with a tailored design proposal, as well as the required deposit amount to initiate our working relationship.
STEP # 3
MODEL & EARLY CONCEPTS
Upon receiving your deposit, our designer will develop a model of your home and current outdoor space. We discuss with your our early concepts and gather inspiration for your new design.
STEP # 4
LUXURY DESIGN BEGINS
Now the creativity begins to come to life as we immerse ourselves in the design process of your luxurious outdoor haven. Your input and feedback is now carefully woven into our design as we tailor craft your uniquely elegant space.
STEP # 5
3D DESIGN CONSULTATION
Upon the completion of our initial design, we will provide you with a 3D virtual tour of your new outdoor space. Your input is sought and any desired revisions to the design are noted.

DESIGN FINALIZED
After your requested revisions are incorporated into the design, we will prepare the necessary documents for our construction team to begin the build-out phase of your unique outdoor oasis!
